Reservations and payment.
Once you have confirmed that you are taking your holiday with us, you will be required to fill in our booking form which confirms that you are in agreement with our terms and conditions. A seventy (70%) deposit will then be deposited in our account as a sign of your commitment and willingness to utilize the travel activities and accommodation booked on your behalf.

The remaining 30% will be required before or at the beginning of your trip. As earlier advised the commonly acceptable currencies are the local Uganda Shilling, the American Dollar, or and the British Pound or Euro.
Change of travel dates or postponement
If for any reason you want to postpone your trip, we shall require that you inform us of the specific date to enable us arrange accordingly. This does not attract any separate charges.
Cancellation
The confirmation and deposit is taken as a sign of your willingness to utilize the travel activities and accommodation reserved on your behalf. In case you or any member of your booked group cancels the trip, it must be done by email.
Since some bookings are already done at this point, all cancellations will be subject to a charge. Cancellation charges differ based on the time they are requested and the estimated losses as follows:
Cancellations made 2 months – 1 month before trip, 15% of the safari cost is forfeited.
Cancellations made 1 month -2 weeks before trip, 60% of the safari cost is forfeited.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before departure, 95% of the safari cost is forfeited;
